We are dedicated to making your experience on www.WorldOfCCTV.com a positive one. We ask that you please contact us if you have any issues regarding your purchase.

We recommend contacting our customer service representatives via Web Chat or phone before you return your phone.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time (626) 608-7334. Many times we can efficiently solve the problem you may be having with your equipment. Give us a chance to take care of you.

If you feel the item you received is not what you expected, or there are issues with the functionality of your item, we will gladly offer you a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the Purchase Date.

Warranty Coverage: Against Dead On Arrival (DOA), Functionality Issues, Buyer's Activation Issues.

  • Notify World of CCTV what item you will be returning by completing a customer service request, or calling us (626) 608-         7334, prior to sending us the return.
  • We must receive the item within 30 days of purchase.
  • You must return the item with our Return Authorization Form.
  • We do not refund shipping or shipping insurance charges.
  • We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items that are returned without contacting us first and are returned without               functionality issues. (We will re-test phones to verify functionality issues.)
  • Your refund will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of item(s).

Please note your refund will be submitted in the same manner it was paid...PayPal, Google Checkout, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

It is our right to NOT accept a return if:

  • We have not been notified first.
  • The item was returned after 30 days of purchase.
  • The item has been damaged by the buyer.
